All our clients are required to participate in an assessment session with one of our affiliated partners, organized by us. This session is to garner information on our clients, to ascertain if they are mentally, physically, and financially prepared for the transition that they want to take. Our consultants are trained professionals in the areas of Finance, HR and Guidance and Counselling. In this session the client is encouraged to share their goals and expectations, and ask questions about the process, the associated cost of the various programs, the timeframe required, etc.
At the end of each session the Assessor will give the client their professional opinion, based on the discussion on which program, if any they are best suited for now, and the “next steps” for them to take to move forward in achieving their goals.
It is important to understand, that, not every client assessed will be able to move forward to the “registration process” with the company, as this is strictly dependent on their readiness, attitude, aptitude and their ability to finance the program of choice. The fee charged for the assessment session is non-refundable.
Once our client has completed their assessment session and has agreed to participate in one (1) of our programs, there is a non-refundable registration fee that is charged. This fee is valid for one (1) year and allows the client to access any of our services during that period.
Some of our programs attract an administrative fee, this fee is valid for a maximum of three (3) interviews sessions (via - face to face, zoom or telephone) with separate employers. Practical Hospitality Services Limited will give free coaching sessions to prepare the applicant for their interviews, assist with document preparation and submission to employers and embassy, pickup and delivery of passports.
If the client requests a refund of this fee prior to the performance of any preparation or interview, the amount less bank charges will be refunded (this is dependent on the bank fees at the time of transaction).
If the client received partial service or used up ALL three (3) interview sessions and did not receive a job offer or is refused a visa (having provided us and our partners with accurate information), or if the applicant wishes to discontinue the program, then seventy five percent (75%) of the amount is refundable.
To complete the process, whether you are going to school or to work, there are external fees associated with achieving your goal.
Please be advised that Rent varies according to the respective states/provinces, the number of persons occupying the living spaces and the associated amenities that come with the property. Please NOTE CAREFULLY that Practical Hospitality Services Limited is NOT RESPONSIBLE for making your rental arrangements, we have resource personnel that will assist. Some employers will assist the new employee to find suitable accommodation, which should be agreed upon prior to departure.
